Description of the preparation:
Preparing pickled mushrooms is easy. I have champignons today. But if you have forest mushrooms, then remember that many of them need to be soaked for a long time, clean and cook for at least 30-40 minutes. Rinse well with water and then pickle. With mushrooms grown in industrial conditions, everything is much simpler.
Prepare all the ingredients for cooking canned mushrooms.
Peel and rinse the champignons. Cut large mushrooms into two. Small and medium can not be cut. In the process of cooking, they will become much smaller.
Put the mushrooms in the pan.
Fill the mushrooms with water and place on the stove. Bring to a boil and cook mushrooms for 10 minutes. After water drain.
Cook the marinade. Put salt, sugar, black peppercorns and bay leaves in a bowl or plate.
Pour 0.5 liters of boiling water, vinegar and mix.
Put the garlic cloves in a clean, sterilized jar.
Pour the mushrooms with hot marinade.
Roll up the jar with a lid or close it tightly, as in my case. Wrap the jar with a blanket, turn it upside down and keep it until it cools completely. Store in a cool place.
