Cooking description:

Canned grapes are easy to prepare for the winter without sterilization. I advise you to buy a quiche-mish variety for seaming – it is tasty and pitted. Canned grapes can be eaten in winter as a sweet dessert. Marinate grapes with spices, I advise using cinnamon and star anise. Add apple cider vinegar to keep the grapes well.

Prepare all ingredients.

Rinse the grapes in water, then separate from the branches. It's good when the grapes are seedless, so I used the quiche-mish variety.

Place the grapes in a clean, sterilized glass jar.

Cook the marinade with water, sugar, cinnamon sticks, and star anise. Boil the marinade for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, to let the spices develop.

Pour the hot marinade over the grapes.

Pour in apple cider vinegar.

Roll up the lids and turn the cans upside down. Warm it up and let cool under the covers.

Store in a dark pantry or cellar. The output is one can of 0.4 liters.
