Canape with sprat and egg

This version of canapes is exactly in our style, as the "Russian soul" loves everything – potatoes, gray bread, sprat and an egg. A little green onion will add zest. We choose sprat sprat, it is very tasty and great for canapes. We will clean the fish, roll it up and use a skewer to seat the canapes on the base. Be sure to take note of the recipe!
Prepare your ingredients.

Using a mold, cut out canapé blanks from the bread.

Grease each piece of bread with butter.

Boil the potatoes in advance and cut into small circles, put on butter.

Boil a hard-boiled egg, cut it into slices and place on top of the potatoes.

Peel the sprat, roll two fish fillets into one roll and fasten with a skewer, then plant on the canapes.

Add green onions to the canapes.
