The dough for tortillas is prepared with yeast in water, but you can use milk instead. The yeast will work dry or fresh.
Prepare your ingredients.
Pour warm water into a bowl, add salt and sugar, stir.
Pour in dry yeast.
Add 20 ml. butter and flour.
Knead the dough.
Leave the dough in a warm place for an hour.
Divide the finished dough into equal pieces. Press each one down with your hands.
Heat the remaining oil in a skillet. Lay out the tortilla, fry it over medium heat until a beautiful and ruddy color on both sides.
