Prepare all the ingredients.
Pour milk into a deep bowl, add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Add flour and soda.
Extinguish soda with vinegar and mix everything until smooth. For your convenience, you can use a mixer.
Lubricate the multicooker bowl with oil. Sprinkle the bottom and sides with flour or semolina. Pour the dough, set the mode to "Baking" and cook until the sound signal.
