Description of the preparation:
A colorful cake will come in handy for dessert on Easter. It turns out to be very juicy, soaked and tasty. Serve it with hot flavored drinks. There will be no limit to the surprise of guests and relatives, so do not forget to offer the supplement!
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Beat the chicken eggs into the bowl of the food processor, add 1 cup of granulated sugar and salt there, beat thoroughly for 5 minutes at the highest speed of the equipment in a lush mass.
Pour in wheat flour and gently mix it with a silicone spatula or fork, but not with a mixer or whisk, so as not to let air bubbles out of the dough. At this point, you can add any flavoring to your taste in the dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and pour the biscuit dough into it. Place the mold in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Bake a cake in the form for a cake.
Remove the hot biscuit from the oven and turn the dish on its side so that the biscuit does not fall. Leave it as it is until it cools completely.
When the biscuit has cooled, put sour cream of any fat content, sugar, lemon juice and a thickener for cream in the bowl of the food processor. Be sure to add a thickener, otherwise sour cream with sugar will become liquid and flow, you will not be able to make a thick cream out of it.
Beat everything at a minimum speed of 2 minutes, then at high speed for another 2-3 minutes until thick.
Gently cut the cooled biscuit into three parts, cut the third part under the cap itself, so that the connection is closed with cream on top. Soak each piece with warm milk or caramel syrup.
Put a portion of cream from sour cream and smooth. Cover with the second part of the biscuit and put the sour cream again. Cover with a biscuit top.
Gently apply the remaining cream to the top and form streaks, as if with icing sugar.
When serving, decorate the cake with Easter powder and insert a candle in it, light it. Happy Easter!
