Description of the preparation:
You can use canned soups for your loved ones that you like – sardine, mackerel, saury, etc. Serve cabbage soup to the table hot, immediately after cooking. If desired, sour cream can be added to the plate, and of course a couple of slices of delicious bread will not hurt.
Prepare the ingredients.

Peel the potatoes, wash and dry. Cut the potatoes into large pieces and transfer to a pan. Pour water into the pan – 1.3 liters, and then send the cooked potatoes to the fire – 15-20 minutes.

Peel the carrots and onions, rinse, dry. Grate the carrots, cut the onion into cubes. Fry vegetables for a couple of minutes in a pan, with the addition of a spoonful of vegetable oil. After transfer the vegetables to the pan, to the finished potato.

Cut sauerkraut into small pieces.

Add cabbage to the pan.

Now add to the soup canned food, salt and pepper to taste, bay leaf. Boil the soup for 5-7 minutes, after which you can serve it to the table.
