Fill cabbage rolls with a mixture of carrots, onions and peppers – it will turn out very harmoniously. The sweet and sour marinade will give the rolls a pleasant taste. Prepare your ingredients.
Disassemble the cabbage into leaves. I had young cabbage, if you use late cabbage, you can boil it a little beforehand.
Peel and rinse carrots, dry. Grate carrots for Korean carrots.
Peel the onion and rinse, cut into half rings, add to the carrots.
Peel and dry the bell peppers. Cut the peppers into strips and add to the vegetables.
Place a little filling on each cabbage leaf.
Roll the cabbage leaf into a roll.
Wash the jar and sterilize over steam. Fill the jar with prepared rolls.
Add salt, sugar, spices to the water, cook for 3 minutes, add vinegar at the end and remove from heat.
Pour the marinade over the cabbage.
Cover the bottom of the pot with a cloth, place the jar and pour warm water into the pot. Sterilize the rolls 25 minutes from the moment the water boils.
After a while, roll up the jar tightly with a lid and put it upside down, cover it with a blanket and leave it alone for a day.
