Cabbage jellied pie is very easy to make with mayonnaise and sour cream. Also add the remains of kefir to the dough, which are often in the refrigerator. The dough is fluffy and soft, and the cabbage filling perfectly complements it.
Prepare all ingredients.
Beat eggs and kefir, add salt, soda.
Add sour cream and mayonnaise, stir.
Stir to form a thin dough.
Chop the cabbage.
Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots.
Quickly fry the cabbage and vegetables in a skillet with vegetable oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cool the filling.
Grease the mold with oil, pour in half of the dough.
Pour in the remaining dough, flatten.
Bake the pie in the oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes. The cake will become fluffy and rosy.
Cool the pie and serve. Bon Appetit!
