For the preparation of the dough, you can use milk with any percentage of fat content. However, you can safely replace it with water. The yeast works both fresh and dry. Use the ones that are more familiar to you.
Prepare the required ingredients.
Pour warm milk into a bowl. Pour in salt, sugar and dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
Knead the dough.
Leave it in a warm place for an hour.
Put the dough on the table, roll it into a sausage, cut it into pieces.
Roll the two pieces into flagella. Weave them together.
Form a bun.
Place the buns on a baking sheet.
Place them in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
