The yeast dough for these buns can be kneaded not only with your hands, but also using a bread maker. If suddenly there is no milk, then you can safely replace it with warm water. The yeast works both fresh and dry.
Prepare your ingredients.
Combine warm milk and melted butter in a bowl.
Add salt, sugar and dry yeast.
Beat in a chicken egg. Stir.
Add premium flour.
Knead the dough.
Leave it in a warm place for an hour. Be sure to cover the bowl with a towel on top.
Pound the finished dough with your hand, divide it into equal pieces. Roll them into balls and place on a baking sheet.
Brush them with egg yolk.
Send the buns to an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
