The peculiarity of the bun dough is the consistency of the dough. It turns out to be slightly softer than ordinary yeast. But it's good to work with him, the dough is very obedient.
Prepare the required ingredients.
Boil peeled carrots until tender. Measure out a glass of broth. Refrigerate to a temperature of 36-38 degrees.
Grate the carrots twice on a fine grater. Measure out 2 rounded tablespoons.
Pour warm carrot broth into the bowl. Add sugar, salt, yeast. Stir thoroughly until smooth.
Add some of the flour, grated carrots. Stir.
Add the remaining flour, vegetable oil. Stir first with a spoon, then knead with your hands. If the dough is thin, add a couple tablespoons of flour and knead well again.
The finished dough is soft, pliable. Round it, put it in a bowl greased with vegetable oil. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
After the time has passed, the dough will increase and begin to fall off. It is ready to be cut.
Divide the dough into 10 pieces.
Round each part.
Place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover with a towel and let sit for 15 minutes. Then grease with an egg and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
