When making buns, it is important to withstand the temporary proofing of the dough. Then the result will be above all praise. You can add any filler to the dough, or you can do without it. Imagine!
Prepare the required ingredients.
In a bowl, combine dry ingredients: flour, yeast, sugar, salt, sesame seeds, turmeric. Stir.
Pour in warm milk, add melted butter, egg. Start kneading with a spoon.
While mixing, add vegetable oil and knead with your hands. At first, the dough will stick to your hands, but will gradually become "docile".
Round the finished dough. Transfer to a bowl greased with vegetable oil, tighten with plastic wrap and set aside for 1 hour 30 minutes in a warm place.
After the lapse of time, do the dough workout. Divide into 11 equal parts.
3 parts will go to the base and 8 parts to the beams.
Roll each part into a long flagellum.
Make the bases of the sun. To do this, twist three flagella around its axis. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Make rays. Fold each flagellum in half and twist.
Attach the rays to the base of the sun. Cover with a towel. Leave in a warm place for 40 minutes to proof. Then grease with milk, sprinkle with sugar and put to bake in an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Consider the characteristics of your oven!
Transfer the finished bun to a board and refrigerate.
