For bun dough, you can use milk with any percentage of fat. You can sprinkle buns not only with poppy seeds, but also with sesame seeds. To make the dough "come up" faster, you can put it in the switched off oven, which should be preheated (temperature no more than 150 degrees).
Prepare your ingredients.
In a bowl, combine warm milk with water, salt, sugar, melted butter, and dry yeast. Stir.
Pour in a glass of flour, stir and leave the dough for 15 minutes.
Then beat in a chicken egg.
Add the remaining flour and knead the dough.
Leave the dough in a warm place for an hour. Cover the bowl with a waffle towel.
Divide it into pieces, roll each into a flagellum. Fold two side by side and the third one on top. Follow the same procedure for the rest of the flagella.
Brush the rolls with egg yolk, sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Send the rolls to an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
"Cherkizovsky" rolls are ready!
