The pie is called "Bulk" because there is no dough as such. Instead, you make crumbly crumbs, which you put in a baking dish, alternating with fruits, in this case apricots. Very simple, fast and delicious!

Prepare the ingredients for making a loose pie.

Pour flour, baking powder, and sugar into a bowl.

Rub cold butter into the same bowl.

Use a spoon or fork to mix all the dough ingredients into crumbs. You can do this with a mixer.

Divide the crumb into thirds. Place a third of the crumbs in a baking dish. The diameter of my mold is 20 centimeters.

Cut half the apricots and cover the crumbs with them.

Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 175-180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. The baking time depends on your oven.
