Prepare all the ingredients.
Sauté bulgur in a little vegetable oil.

Cut champignons into large slices. Fry the mushrooms until the liquid evaporates. Transfer to a bowl.
Cut the onion into small cubes and sauté separately until golden brown.
Then add the fried mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer the onions and mushrooms into the pan to the boiled bulgur. Shuffle.
