Description of the preparation:
Minced meat for the recipe can be used by anyone, beef, pork, chicken, turkey are well suited. We also add vegetables, the greater their number, the tastier it will turn out. In our version, we use frozen vegetable mix, fresh onions and carrots. Be sure to take a note of the recipe, I'm sure you will like the result.
Prepare the ingredients.
Warm the pan, oil. Put frozen vegetables in a pan.
Peel, rinse and dry the carrots and onions. Cut the onions into small cubes, grate the carrots. Add vegetables to the pan.
Add minced meat to the pan.
Fry all the ingredients for 5-7 minutes.
Add bulgur, salt and pepper to the pan to taste.
Pour water into the pan, cover the pan with a lid, cook on low heat for 25 minutes. Add herbs if desired.
