You can prepare a salad with bulgur and chicken as an independent dish or as an addition to the main ones. The salad is hearty, juicy and tasty. It can be served both warm and cold. Bulgur is very healthy and nutritious. Try it!
Prepare all ingredients.
Rub the chicken breast on all sides with salt and spices. Drizzle with lemon juice. You can leave the breast to marinate for 30 minutes, if there is no time at all, then you can immediately start frying.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, lay out the breast, cover and brown on both sides over low heat. In the process, I periodically add a small amount of liquid so that the breast is not fried, but rather stewed in its own juice. We check the readiness with a knife.
Boil the bulgur in salted water until tender, according to the instructions on the package.
Transfer the bulgur to a deep bowl.
Add the diced roasted breast.
Add randomly chopped cucumbers.
Greens can be added any seasonal. I have cilantro, parsley and dill.
Season the salad with vegetable oil. Add salt and black pepper if necessary. Mix everything. Bulgur and chicken salad is ready.
