Bulgarian rolls – a step-by-step recipe with a photo on Povar.ru

Cooking description:

For the filling of the rolls, I suggest using soft curd cheese and boiled chicken eggs, also add a little greens, salt and pepper. You will get a very tasty combination of baked peppers and tender filling. You can also add garlic for piquancy. Take note!

Prepare your ingredients.

Pepper, rinse, dry. Place the peppers on a baking sheet. Bake the peppers for 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees. Then put the pepper in a bag, let it steam for a couple of minutes, then peel it off.

For the filling, transfer the curd cheese to a bowl. Peel and grate boiled chicken eggs, add to the cheese.

Rinse and dry any greens, for example, dill, chop finely and add to a bowl.

Stir everything and sample, adjust flavor. Then you can add some garlic.

Place the peeled peppers on a work surface. Then grease the pepper with the cooked mass, add a little mayonnaise, if desired.
