Below I will tell you in more detail how to cook buckwheat porridge with prunes. If you have hard prunes, then first it is better to soak it in hot water for 5 minutes. Almond milk can be replaced with any other, but it is better to use vegetable. Instead of grape syrup, any other sweetener will do. If desired, fresh ripe pear can be added to the filling. If you soak green buckwheat in advance, then the preparation will take only 5-10 minutes. The porridge is tender, tasty, with a nutty note. I recommend to try it!

Soak green buckwheat in cold water overnight. Then rinse thoroughly.
