Description of the preparation:
Buckwheat cake is a very simple but very tasty treat for tea or coffee. It is equally well received by both children and adults. It is being prepared, in comparison with other cakes, without much trouble, so you should take this recipe into service. I wish you culinary success! 🙂
Melt the butter, add the yolks and 150 gr. Sahara. Beat until smooth.
Add the flour to the mixture and knead the dough. The dough should turn out soft and very thick.
In another container, beat the proteins and a small amount of sugar (50 grams).
Add whipped proteins to the dough, mix well.
We take a baking sheet, stele confectionery paper on it. The resulting dough is evenly distributed over the baking sheet. We put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 190 degrees and bake for half an hour.
Mix cottage cheese with cream and previously soaked in 3 tbsp. water gelatin. Add the remaining sugar here. Mix well.
We cook the cake in the oven in half.
Pour the filling on both cakes, distribute them evenly, then put one cake on the other (so that a cake forms), sprinkle with walnuts – and the buckwheat cake is ready!
