Description of the preparation:
Such a nutritious soup can be prepared both on water and on any meat broth. This dish perfectly satisfies hunger and charges you with an excellent mood for the whole day. Any beans can be used, and perfectly suits both fresh and canned. If you use ordinary beans, then soak it in water for several hours.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Rinse the meat, fill with water and cook at a gentle boil until cooked. You can add peppercorns, bay leaves and any roots.
At the same time, separately, set to cook the beans. This will help us reduce the overall soup preparation time.
Dice the onion and grate the carrots. Put vegetables in a preheated oil pan.
Fry until soft and add sliced tomato. You can add 1-2 pinches of sugar and your favorite spices.
Cook everything together for a couple of minutes.
Rinse the buckwheat.
When the broth is ready, strain it, and separate the meat from the bones and cut into pieces.
Return the meat back to the pan, add the boiled beans, potatoes, buckwheat and vegetable frying. Adjust to salt and simmer the soup over low heat until all ingredients are cooked.
At the very end, add chopped garlic and any fresh herbs.
Ready soup with buckwheat and beans, let it brew, and then pour it on plates and serve to the table.
