Below I will tell you more about how to make chanterelle bruschetta. For bruschetta, ciabatta is preferred, but can be substituted with any other white bread. Instead of arugula, you can use spinach or microgreens of your choice. While it's the season for fresh chanterelles, I definitely recommend trying it!
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the bread into slices, brush with olive oil and fry in a pan or grill until crisp.
Then rub the toasted bread with a clove of garlic.
Rinse and dry the chanterelles. Cut large mushrooms into cubes, small ones can simply be cut in half. Fry in a skillet over high heat until golden brown. Season with salt at the end of cooking.
Place the arugula on the bruschetta.
Top with chanterelles and cheese sliced into thin plates.
Bruschetta with chanterelles is ready, bon appetit!
