When choosing spices for fish, give preference to herbs such as oregano, basil, mint. Also, avoid spices that contain salt. If the bream weighs more than 1 kg. and you are going to cook it in the winter, then the duration of frying will have to be increased. Check the readiness of the fish by a puncture on the back, clear juice should stand out.
Prepare the required ingredients. If the bream is not peeled, rub it with salt and remove the scales. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel.
Take the container. Rub the already peeled bream with salt and spices. Leave in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Prepare the grill. The coals should be gray and hot. Grease the wire rack with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Transfer the prepared bream to it. Fry on one side for 8 minutes.
Use a spatula and plate to turn the fish over to the other side. Fry for another 12-15 minutes.
