Breaded sausages with cheese
Cooking description:
Before pouring the oil into the dish, put the sausage there without the dough. The sausage with the stick should lie there freely. You need to fry one piece at a time, immersing it in hot oil and quickly spinning the sausages so that the dough is brewed and the cheese does not crawl down. Be sure to cover the sausages completely with the dough, otherwise the cheese will get into the butter and start burning.
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the cheese breaded sausages. We also need 4 wooden skewers.
Peel the sausages and cheese. Wrap the cheese around the sausage, pressing firmly.
Stick the wooden skewer almost all the way in. Place cheese seam side down on a plate and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Pour milk into a bowl, add egg, salt and pepper. Mix everything until smooth.
Mix flour with baking powder and sift through a fine sieve into a bowl of milk and egg mixture.
Stir until smooth. In consistency, it should be like thick sour cream.
Pour the dough into a narrow, tall glass and dip the sausage all the way into it. Remove and let the excess dough drain slightly.
Put the blanks immediately in hot oil. Turning, fry the sausages until golden brown.
Place the sausages on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Let sit for a few minutes and serve.
Bon Appetit!
