Braised pork cartilage – a step by step recipe with photos on Cook.ru

Description of the preparation:

A delicious dish will turn out even from those ingredients that we are not used to buying, for example – from pork cartilage. Remember that they need to be stewed for at least 1 hour, so that they become softer. If desired, you can add spices and seasonings that enhance the taste and aroma of the dish.

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Warm vegetable oil in a cauldron. Rinse thoroughly all pork cartilage and meat trimmings. Put them in a cauldron and fry for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.

Peel the onion, rinse in water and cut into half rings. Add to the container and fry everything for 2-3 minutes until golden.

Then pour hot water, reduce heat to medium and lay out bay leaves. Salt and stew cartilage for at least 1 hour.
