Braised cabbage "Velvet" – a step-by-step recipe with photos on Cook.ru

Description of the preparation:

The taste is saturated thanks to the sausage, but the cabbage itself is soft and tender. I have a little spicy tomato sauce, so I don’t add pepper. If using tomato paste or non-hot sauce, add a little pepper to the cabbage. Thick tomato paste must first be diluted with water, and then combine with flour.

Prepare the ingredients.

Finely chop the onion, three carrots on a grater. Fry the onions and carrots a little in sunflower oil, stirring occasionally.
