I cook my borscht without frying. It will not be rich and greasy. I have a dietary recipe for borscht that can be eaten by anyone who is contraindicated in fried, spicy and fatty foods. But, believe me, this will not make it less tasty and satisfying. Fresh tomatoes can be substituted with tomato juice, thick tomato juice, or tomato paste.
Prepare the ingredients for cooking oyster mushroom borscht.
Pour the chicken stock into a saucepan and place the diced potatoes.
Grate the carrots and finely chop the onion. Add to pot.
Grate the beets and add to the saucepan.
Cook the borscht for 15-20 minutes. After the oyster mushroom, slice and add to the pan.
Cut the white cabbage into strips. Put in borscht.
Chop the tomatoes in any way and add to the borscht.
Season borsch with salt and pepper, add bay leaf. Cook until all ingredients are done.
Add chopped garlic and herbs to the finished borscht.
Borsch with oyster mushrooms is ready. Serve with sour cream.
