Description of the preparation:
This recipe is as simple as possible. No need to cook the broth for hours and vegetables separately fry. The flavor is given by tomato sauce, which is slightly spicy thanks to hot pepper. It also has onions, sunflower oil and spices. But most of all, the bacon fried with garlic fills the dish with taste and aroma. You can add borsch with fresh herbs or add dry herbs, choose to taste.
Prepare the ingredients. Put the beets in a pan with water and cook until cooked, then cool and clean.
We put a pot of water on the fire. Cut the potatoes and parsnip root into pieces and send to the pan.
Add the grated carrots and chopped onion.
After 7-10 minutes, add the bell pepper, salt and bay leaf.
Shred the cabbage and pour it into the pan. Add herbs.
Pieces of bacon are put on a dry pan, add finely chopped garlic and fry for a couple of minutes.
Three beets boiled in advance on a grater and pour into a pan to the rest of the ingredients. Add tomato sauce. Bring to a boil and turn off the heat.
Pour borsch in deep plates, add the fried bacon and garlic, add a little black pepper and herbs if desired. Bon Appetit!
