It is very easy to prepare Bliss salad, and if you prepare all the products in advance, the whole process will not take much time. The ingredients are well combined with each other, cook it and your guests will be satisfied. Delicate, juicy, appetizing, it will not leave anyone indifferent. You can use absolutely any mushrooms, I have champignons today.
Prepare all ingredients. Boil chicken breast and eggs in salted water and refrigerate.
The salad is laid out in layers. Salt each layer to taste and grease with mayonnaise. Put the chicken fillet cut into small pieces in the first layer.
Rinse the prunes, dry, cut into 4 parts and lay on top.
Cut the mushrooms and onion into cubes, fry and spread evenly on the prunes.
Grate the eggs and lay out the next layer.
Grate the carrots and fry – this will be the last layer of our salad.
Mesh mayonnaise over the carrots and sprinkle chopped walnuts on top. I decided to decorate the salad with fresh herbs.
Bliss salad is ready. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and serve. Enjoy your meal!
