Blackberries, however, like any other berry, make an excellent marmalade, beautiful, bright and very tasty. And most importantly, you know that you prepared it from natural products. In this marmalade, the rich taste of blackberry is clearly felt. You can cook marmalade, either from fresh or frozen berries, like mine. The recipe is very simple and quick, not counting the setting time, although this process is also not long, depends on the size of the molds.
Prepare the ingredients for making the blackberry marmalade.
Wash the blackberries and put them in a saucepan.
Add sugar to taste.
Pour water over the berry with sugar. Bring the contents of the saucepan to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Strain the berry broth through a colander into another bowl, and wipe the blackberries, getting rid of hard bones.
Pour gelatin into a bowl.
Pour cold, boiled water and let it swell for 10-15 minutes.
Heat the blackberry broth with grated berries well and put the gelatin in it. While constantly stirring, bring the gelatin to dissolution. Then pour into molds and put in the cold until the marmalade hardens.
Remove the frozen marmalade from the mold and serve.
