Prepare all the ingredients.
Mix warm water with yeast and half sugar. Leave on for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.
Then mix the dough with milk and the remaining sugar. Add black dye.
Mix flour with salt, pour the liquid into the center. Knead the dough. Leave it on for 10 minutes.
After that knead the dough well. Knead the oil there gradually. This should take about 10 minutes. Then cover the dough with foil and let rise for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 4 parts, form buns. Lubricate them with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover the buns and leave for 15-20 minutes. Bake rolls for 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Soak the soy meat in hot water for 20-30 minutes. Then rinse in cold water and squeeze thoroughly.
Sauté the diced red onions.
Grind fried onions, garlic and soy meat in a meat grinder. Add salt, pepper, flour and spices.
Form cutlets. Sauté them over medium heat for 2-4 minutes on each side.
Pick up a burger. Grease the bottom of the bun with mayonnaise, then put a pickle and a patty.
Top with a circle of tomato and lettuce. Lubricate the second part of the bun with ketchup and cover the burger.
