Making a dark chocolate cupcake is easy. A quick recipe. Instead of dark chocolate, you can take milk, but with bitter, in my opinion, a richer chocolate taste is obtained. The cupcake is tender, fragrant and delicious! Take note of the recipe!
Prepare all ingredients.
Break the chocolate into pieces. Cut the butter into cubes. Place the butter and chocolate in a deep bowl and melt in the microwave or water bath.
Beat eggs with sugar.
Add the chocolate, melted with butter.
Add flour and baking powder.
Mix everything again until smooth.
Pour the finished dough into a greased baking dish. I pre-sprinkle the bottom and sides with semolina. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Bitter chocolate cupcake is ready. I decorated it with chocolate icing and walnuts. You can just sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
