Description of the preparation:
Serve Berlin-style liver to the table with sour cream of any fat content or thick classic yogurt – the dish will be even tastier! The main thing – do not fry the liver for a long time, it becomes stiff from a long heat treatment and begins to bitter. Apples choose a sweet and sour variety, so that they emphasize the taste of the offal, and not interrupt it.
Prepare the indicated ingredients. If the liver was acquired frozen, thaw it first.
Clean and rinse the liver in water, pour flour into a deep plate, add salt and ground black pepper to the same plate, and each piece of offal is mixed in a mixture.
Peel the onion, rinse in water and cut into rings. Cut the apple into quarters, cut the seed blocks and cut into slices.
Warm the vegetable oil in a pan, put the breaded slices of the liver into it and fry it on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Cover the container with a lid, as the liver shoots when frying!
Put the fried offal on a plate covered with a paper towel to remove grease.
Put sliced apples and onions into the oil pan from the liver.
Sprinkle them with salt and ground sweet pepper. Mix gently.
Fry for 3-4 minutes until soft, slightly browning.
Put the liver on a plate, lay on top slices of apples and rings of rosy onion, serve warm to the table.
