The main thing – do not fry the liver for a long time, it becomes stiff from a long heat treatment and begins to bitter. Apples choose a sweet and sour variety, so that they emphasize the taste of the offal, and not interrupt it.

Prepare the indicated ingredients. If the liver was acquired frozen, thaw it first.
