Description of the preparation:
Beets combine wonderfully with tomato, thanks to hot pepper and garlic, caviar acquires aroma and piquant taste. Adjust the amount of hot pepper to your liking. I add a small slice so that the prepared caviar turns out to be slightly sharp, if you like a hot appetizer, put the whole hot pepper.
Prepare the ingredients.
Cook the beets for 30 minutes.
We clean the onion, pass through a meat grinder and lightly fry in sunflower oil.
Add chopped garlic and hot pepper to the onion.
We clean the boiled beets, cut coarsely and pass through a meat grinder.
Add tomato, salt and sugar. Cook caviar under a lid over low heat, stirring occasionally. After 10 minutes, boiling caviar is transferred to a sterile jar and rolled up.
Beetroot caviar is ready. Bon Appetit!
