Description of the preparation:
An appetizer is prepared very quickly if you boil the necessary ingredients for it in advance. Remember that chicken proteins are very quickly stained with beetroot juice, so you need to boil and clean them separately! Serve stuffed eggs chilled.
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Boil beets and eggs in advance, cool. Peel the beets, and eggs from the shell and rinse.
Rub the beets in a salad bowl on a grater with small cells and be sure to squeeze the mass to remove the liquid. Put sour cream or mayonnaise of any fat content, salt and mix.
Cut the chicken eggs vertically into two parts, remove the yolks – use them in another recipe. Stuff the chicken whites with beetroot.
Put slices of herring on the mass, shaking them off the oil. You can buy salted herring fillet, remove the seeds and cut it into slices if you do not like food from preserves.
Serve the cooked appetizer on lettuce, garnish with fresh dill.
