Beef schnitzel from marble beef – a step-by-step recipe with photos on

When preparing schnitzel from marbled beef, you need to treat it more delicately. If an ordinary schnitzel is prepared by beating it into a thin layer, diced in breading and fried in a sufficient amount of oil, then I recommend that you cook marbled beef schnitzel as described in the step-by-step recipe. Rinse the beef and dry well with a paper towel, there should be no excess moisture.
