The lung, unlike meat, does not sink in the pan, but floats on the surface. Therefore, for its cooking, you need a voluminous pan, it should be closed with a lid and turn the lung over in the process. If you want the salad to be even more piquant, add a little ready-made mustard to mayonnaise to taste.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making beef lung salad. Wash the light and boil until soft in plenty of salt water. It will take about 1.5-2 hours. Remove the prepared lung and cool. Boil eggs and potatoes, cool.
Cut pickled cucumber with a medium cube and put in a salad bowl.
Peel the eggs, cut them into a cube and add to a bowl of cucumbers.
Rinse and dry the green onions. Cut it and add to the salad bowl.
Cut the cooled potatoes with a medium cube and add to the salad.
Cut a cold lung into a small cube and put it in a salad bowl.
Salt the salad and mix.
