Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the celery into pieces and chop with a blender. If you don't have a blender, just chop finely with a knife.
Put chopped onions and carrots in a preheated frying pan with butter (you can choose any slicing to your taste).
Saute the vegetables until soft.
Add chopped liver, chopped celery, salt and spices to taste. The liver must first be rinsed and all films removed.
Cook everything together, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes.
Then add sour cream, stir and simmer covered over low heat for another 5 minutes.
