Cleanse the liver and remove large vessels.

Cut the liver into 1.5 cm slices.

Pour milk into the liver in a deep bowl. Leave it as such for 30 minutes.

Chop the onion finely. Fry it until tender in oil in a pan.

Then dip the liver in flour on all sides.

Fry the liver on both sides until golden brown in hot oil.

Pour water into a deep pan. Put pepper, bay leaf, liver and fried onions. Add salt and pepper.

Cover the dish with sour cream. Close the pan with a lid and place it on a small fire.
