Description of the preparation:
Such a delicious dish can be made not only from beef, but also from a pig heart. Instead of tomato paste, you can take ketchup, but increase the amount to 2 tablespoons. If the finished dish seems sour, add a little sugar. You can also add bell pepper or increase the amount of onions and carrots.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Peel the carrots, wash and grate on a coarse grater. Pour oil into the multicooker bowl and put the grated carrots.
Peel the onion and chop as you like. Add it to a bowl of carrots.
Set the bowl in the multicooker, turn on the "Frying" or "Frying in oil" mode and cook the vegetables for 7 minutes with the lid open, stirring.
Wash the beef heart, dry it, cut off the fat and films. Cut it into thin strips.
Add the heart to the bowl to the fried vegetables and continue to fry everything together for 8 minutes.
Add tomato paste and mix.
Pour water into a fried heart with vegetables. Salt everything, pepper and mix.
Close the lid, turn on the "Extinguishing" mode and cook the heart for 2 hours, until cooked.
