You can use chicken broth as a basis, in our version there will be a lean version. The soup is good for those who stick to PP and watch their diet. You can serve soup on your own or add a couple of slices of bread, a handful of chopped greens.
Prepare your ingredients.
Peel and grate the carrots on a medium grater.
Rinse and dry the celery, cut into small strips. Peel and rinse the onion, cut into cubes.
Cut the courgette and tomato into small cubes. We use all vegetables young.
Peel the bell peppers and cut into strips. Also prepare the beans, boil them beforehand, or use canned ones.
Place all vegetables in a saucepan.
Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and pepper.
Boil the soup for 35 minutes, add chopped herbs at the end of cooking. Remove the sample and serve the soup to the table.
