Bean and Seaweed Salad

To prepare a salad with beans and sea kale, you will need Bulgarian pepper, carrots, cucumber, red onions, seaweed and beans. From such a simple set of ingredients, you can prepare a delicious and light salad. For refueling, you need to use vegetable or olive oil, since if you season the salad with mayonnaise, then the sea kale will lose its taste and appearance. Garlic gives the salad a spicy touch. You can serve a salad with beans and seaweed both on the festive table and on a regular family dinner.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Put the seaweed in a deep plate.

Add the beans.

Wash the carrots under running water and cut into strips.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Cut the cucumber into strips.

Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and chop finely.

Dress the salad with oil, salt, add the garlic and mix well.

Salad with beans and seaweed is ready. Enjoy your meal!
