You can cook such a soup using any broth, you can also just take water as a basis. Add spices for aroma – paprika and dry garlic. I also suggest using rice as a cereal for soup. You can serve ready-made soup to the table with herbs, you can also add sour cream.
Prepare your ingredients.
Peel the onions and carrots, rinse and dry the vegetables. Cut the onion into small cubes, cut the carrots into cubes.
Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, put onions and carrots, fry for a few minutes.
Add corn to the pot. Canned or frozen corn can be used.
Add the beans next to the pot.
Pour salt, pepper, paprika, bay leaf to the beans.
Pour all ingredients with hot water, bring to a boil.
Add the rice to the saucepan. Cook the soup for 20-25 minutes over medium heat.
Soup with beans and corn is ready, you can add some fresh herbs.
