Description of the preparation:
In the summer, in the heat, I want something special, refreshing. It's time to make "Bavarian coffee" – this is a very interesting and delicious dessert with an exquisite combination of flavors of coffee, cream and orange.
Prepare the ingredients.
Pour 2 egg yolks into a glass for beating, pour in powdered sugar.
Beat the yolks with powder until foam.
Pour the yolk mixture into the saucepan and put in a "water bath" for heating.
Make espresso in any way that is available to you.
Simultaneously heat the milk in a microwave oven to 80-90 degrees, pour the heated milk into the yolk mixture.
Pour espresso into the milk-yolk mixture.
Beat until foamy again.
Pour gelatin with a little water to swell. Add gelatin to the milk-coffee mixture, mix well so that there are no lumps.
Add the “Irish-cream” liqueur or coffee liqueur to the resulting coffee mixture and pour the coffee mixture into cups, put in the refrigerator for solidification.
Whip the cream.
Put the cream in a pastry bag, decorate the frozen dessert with cream.
Remove the zest from the orange.
Squeeze out the orange juice.
Pour the orange juice into the saucepan, add brown cane sugar, boil the juice to a state of viscous syrup.
Add the orange zest to the syrup and boil for a few more minutes. Cool the syrup.
Pour the coffee dessert with orange syrup and enjoy a pleasant combination of flavors – coffee, cream, orange. Bon Appetit!
