Banana sambuc has a mild sweetness, so adjust to your liking. To prevent the dessert from darkening, be sure to add lemon juice. Otherwise, sambuc is easy and simple to prepare. Even a novice cook can handle it.
Prepare the required ingredients.
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 20 minutes.
After the time has elapsed, dissolve the gelatin over low heat or in a water bath. Stir and do not boil. Remove from heat and leave in a warm place.
Put banana, sugar, vanilla extract in a bowl. Punch with a blender until puree.
Add 1/4 lemon juice and egg whites to the resulting puree.
Beat with a mixer for 3-4 minutes, on medium speed. The resulting mass should be thick, keep its shape well.
Add the dissolved gelatin.
Beat with a mixer until smooth. When whipping, the mass will become a little thinner than it was, but gradually it will thicken.
Spread the sambuc in bowls and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Before serving, arrange as desired. Enjoy your meal!
