Azu from chicken stomachs – a step by step recipe with a photo on Povar.ru

Cooking description:

Chicken stomach azu is an easy-to-prepare dish. First, fry the offal with onions, then simmer in tomato sauce. At the end, add pickles for taste – they will add originality and characteristic sourness.

Prepare all ingredients.

Rinse chicken stomachs, cut into medium pieces.

Cut the onion into half rings.

Pour oil into a saucepan, heat slightly. Pour in the offal with onions, fry for 3-4 minutes until the desired golden brown crust.

Pour in 1 glass of water and simmer until soft, about 35 minutes over low heat. Most of the water can evaporate.

Mix tomato paste with flour and pour in 1 tbsp. water.

Stir the sauce thoroughly so that there are no lumps, add salt and black pepper to taste.

Pour the tomato sauce over the soft stomachs. Simmer for 10-12 minutes, covered over low heat.

Sprinkle in the diced cucumbers.

Simmer the basics for another 5-7 minutes over low heat. Done.
