Description of preparation:
A bright and juicy mix of vegetables and herbs is an avocado salsa. Remember that it contains hot peppers, so children will not eat such a dish, but for adults it is just right! Be sure to add fresh herbs and lime juice – they give salsa fresh flavor notes.
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Rinse the tomatoes in water, cut the green hearts from vegetables and cut into small cubes. Rinse and chop the green onions, add together with the sliced tomatoes in a deep bowl.
Peel the avocado and remove the stone. Dice and add slices to the bowl.
Slice the lime and squeeze the juice onto the remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle all with ground bitter red pepper or use a fresh chili pod after washing it and removing the seeds.
Rinse and chop fresh parsley, add to the bowl with salt. Gently mix the entire contents of the container.
Serve the salsa to the table immediately after cooking, until the tomato slices release the juice.
