Great breakfast or snack – avocado banana smoothie. The drink is prepared very quickly, the main thing is not to add citrus juice or citrus fruits, so that the milk base does not curdle! You need to taste the smoothie immediately after serving it to the table.
Prepare the indicated ingredients. It is permissible to use honey instead of sugar if you are not allergic to this product.
Peel the banana, cut into slices and pour into the bowl of a blender or food processor.
Peel half of the avocado, remove the pit. Cut the pulp into cubes and add to the blender bowl.
Add granulated sugar or flower honey. Do not add lemon juice – the milk will curdle.
Pour in milk of any kind and any fat content. If desired, it can be replaced with liquid yogurt, kefir or fermented baked milk. Pulse everything for about 1-2 minutes.
Pour the prepared drink into a cocktail jar or glasses, and serve immediately after preparation.
