It would seem like an ordinary salad of autumn vegetables, but no! Several ingredients give this salad a bright and interesting flavor. The salad can always be supplemented with any other seasonal vegetables: peas, cucumbers, tomatoes, corn, etc. Try it! Ideal not only as an independent dish, but also as an addition to meat or fish.
Prepare all ingredients.
Chop the cabbage thinly and transfer to a deep bowl.
Add sugar, a pinch of salt and remember the cabbage well with your hands so that it softens and lets out the juice.
Add grated carrots, bell peppers, chopped into small strips, salt and ground pepper to taste.
Add any seasonal herbs to taste.
Season the salad with oil and grape vinegar. Stir well, refrigerate for a couple of hours, and then serve.
